About Debs Townshend

Debs Townshend is a proud Southlander with strong family values, a solid work ethic and a genuine passion for helping people. Married to Herb, a local Southlander, Debs brings the values of hard work, honesty, practical problem solving and doing the job properly, shaped through helping run the engineering business she and Herb own in Riverton.
She is a proud mum to Poppy who attends Southland Girls’ High School and is also deeply proud of her Cook Islands heritage, which shapes who she is and the way she connects with people. Outside of work Debs is most at home in her tunnel house or glasshouse.
Bringing a down to earth, people first approach to real estate, Debs will be helping clients across Southland, from Riverton and surrounding areas to Invercargill, Wallacetown, Winton and everywhere in between. With old school values and a modern mindset, she is committed to clear communication, genuine care and making the property journey feel more personal and less overwhelming.
